"Everything was great, the Hyatt’s have not failed me yet. The rooms are clean, comfortable beds, water pressure and temperature of shower is good. The breakfast is always a winner. I loved the staff personality, each one I encountered had something special to bring to customer service. I will stay again and you should as well if you haven’t already."

"It was nice room however the Kitchen was not cleaned very well. Coffee pot had old dried coffee in the pot, stove had dried food in it, so did a wall, utensils on the counter had food on them. The Click was disgusting with dried food or something. And what’s worse is I called the front desk who said they would send housekeeping in the am. I left a note for them and NONE of it was cleaned! I even asked for a sheet to cover the couch so we Could sit on it. Nothing. Would I stay here again yes, but I will Check the Kitchen as cloth furniture soon as I get in the room. "
