"Parking was fine Check in was fine Room had clean linen and towels BUT bed was so uncomfortable, springs jabbing into my tore like they had not even a sheet over them. Carpet filthy and hot water too hot Room also too warm, curtain broken and overall just horrid"

"Parking is a bit of a squeeze but we did get a space although there is ample, easier parking at the library close by. We didn’t stay for breakfast so cannot comment on that. Initial receptionist (Easter Sunday) was okay but the receptionist on Easter Monday was friendly, informative and quite lovely which Sunday reception could maybe take a leaf from. Room was so airy, quiet and big so it was a shame to not have twin beds for our teens (who are big) and had to share a small sofa bed, in comparison mine and my husband’s bed was comfortable and big, very nice but felt a bit guilty. Luckily there was a little window area so my youngest son took over that area, pulling the net curtain to while my older son sat on the bed. Hotel exterior is so stunning and location is absolutely fabulous. I will return."

"Great bar selection, lovely beer garden, easy parking, 10min walk into town. Had an evening meal here great curry good value and friendly staff. "

"The bar was great, the room was a little dirty as in the walls and lots of cracks in paintwork so all in all needs a little work but very nice "

"From reception staff to breakfast staff there were excellent. The location of the hotel is perfect for seeing all the sights. Breakfast was excellent. Apart from that the room were basic. Nothing special. Hotel has been given 4 stars. I think it should be 3 stars. Also when booking this hotel. They should give details where the carpark is. "

"This was my second stay at the corners over the Easter weekend. A lovely country inn in the middle of Kingsland. I use it as a base whilst visiting friends in the village. Clean and well maintained rooms, staff are friendly and helpful. Cooked breakfast, made freshly and delicious. "
