"I was very happy I think better lighting on the after hours swipe to enter would have been easier push/pull door to open. Even other guests found it confusing and staff had to come let us in"

"A picture is worth a thousand words, the surrounds looked unkempt and tired, the representative wore a puffer jacket and no name badge and was never in reception when needed, always on toilet, apparently giving out a extra cup is not his problem or in his position description, the room served it’s purpose for the price."

"Apartment on the 13th floor was really clean,only complaint was there are no exhaust fans in either bathroom.The smell in the corridor as you get out of the lift and walk down to the room,was revolting.We went down to the 4th floor and got out of the lift,it didnt have the same horrible smell."
