Joanie was super helpful from onli e check in till we were dropped off at the train station.gave very informative knowledge of what to do in the area and where various places were. "I had a wonderful stay here, 4 nights in the summer was beautiful. If you are looking for somewhere peaceful, great location, stunning scenery, perfect weather definitely book here. Great restaurants close by, I would recommend a hire car for a day or two as there is so much to explore. Will definitely stay here again if I find myself back here. Would definitybe a lot of fun here through the winter too."

"My partner and I had the most amazing time at Ember Lodge in Hakuba! The staff were so welcoming and the service was incredible. Mike and Leo organised a pick-up and drop off service for us. Breakfast cooked and served to us each morning with an option for a cooked dinner as well which was delicious. The location was perfect too, only an 5-10min walk to the ski lifts. Already looking to book another trip here!"
