The staff are friendly and ready to assist. The house is equipped with digital security system, has floor heating, and most importantly, it's clean with well-maintained appliances. I would highly recommend this place to friends and relatives visiting Nagano.

入館まではすこし不手際だったが、中はとても綺麗で清潔。立地もゲレンデに近いし温泉も近くに多数、コンビニもスーパーもあるので素泊まりにはもってこい。寝室も3部屋あり、シングルベッド6台までだが、7人で行ったため、臨時のベッドも用意されていた。ここのハウスでなければ最高の旅とは言えなかったかもしれないくらい良いところだった。

お盆休みに一泊した感想

大人3人子供1人で一泊しました。部屋の中は清潔で、チェックイン前に部屋のエアコンを事前に稼働してくれていたので、快適に過ごすことができて子供も大喜びでした。お風呂は小さめなので近くの温泉に行くと良いかもしれません。機会があればまた宿泊したいです。

別荘やペンションの一角にあり、静かで、木の温もりを感じるロッジでした。シャレーの方も、親切で気さくにお話ししてくださり、家族でゆっくりと過ごせました。また、行きたいなと思っています。

古い建物でしたが、中は改装されていて綺麗でした。外国人向けの宿だと思いますが、テレビで民放が見れないのは残念です。

Very charming and comfortable chalet

We had the Misorano chalet. A bit remote from the ski-slopes, but walking distance from restaurants and bars. The staff organize free rides on request with their mini van Very much recommended accommodation

スタッフが外人ばかりで不安

部屋は綺麗で使いやすくよかったですが、受付が外人の方しかいなくて日本語が通じなくて困りました。なにを言ってるかお互い分からず、スムーズにチェックインができなくて大変でした。

Great chalet in Hakuba

Great chalet with excellent service. Lifts to and from the snow each day, and Morino staff provided good tips on everything from restaurants to our return travel to Tokyo. Recommended for a family group seeking some privacy and comfort.
