"Overall our stay was very pleasant. However the room had only 2 adult robes, even though I have indicated in my reservation that there would be 2 adults and 2 kids. When i approached the staff at front desk to ask for kids robes, they refused. We just wanted to experience wearing kimono altogether. "

"Nice view from 6th floor, cleaner than most for what you're paying. Only thing was my shower water never heated only issue for me "personally". Nice coffee shop across street, if you turn left at bay light next 2x price avoid that one"

"Lovely ocean view and the staffs are helpful and friendly . Haven’t have a chance to enjoy the terrace and the swimming pool , looking forward to stay at the hotel again very soon . 👍"

"Please don't book this hotel ! It says it is 4 star but it's not . Super old and moldy . Showers are moldy and seems like not cleaned with right products . They were understanding and changed my room but it has mold on the shower nobs and the corners , front of my room wasn't cleaned at all and the hotel hall way is pretty disgusting and has an odor. They should not charge as much as they do . I just paid 5× the money for a old hotel . The staff are amazing . I requested a refund but they said they can't . They gave me a free massage but still doesnt make sense why they have not up kept their hotel to a 4 star standard. "

"Our room didn't have ocean view, only garden view but very nice view. The pool is very clean and big. Staff is so courteous and helpful and professional. Room is spacious and beautiful. We love the bathroom."
