"Überaus freundliches, höfliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Die Kommunikation mit dem Hotel über whatsapp lief einfach und es wurde schnell geantwortet. Das war wirklich alles sehr gut.
Flughafen Transfer (hin und zurück) über das Hotel preislich voll in Ordnung und war gut organisiert. So spart man sich das Suchen nach einem Taxi oder Grab am Flughafen.
Die Zimmer sind sauber und mit neuen Möbel ausgestattet. Das Bett war bequem.
Das Badezimmer war jedoch sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Dusche...

The building is modern and located in a new built, safe and calm family friendly vietnamese neighbourhood. no tourists in sight, still just a shorter motorbike/car ride to the old quarters and other tourist attractions. "They were so nice! We got in late and they greeted us. Im so glad they asked if we needed transportation. Smooth transition from airport to hotel! Staff was super helpful. They also helped us set up transportation to another destination! Breakfast was delicious with a great view! I would definitely stay here again when we come back!! 5 stars!!
