"Location is convenient, next to the Tower Bridge. The room is small. I had the double bed and one single bed (sleeps 3). There were only 2 of us, still feel a little croweded. The breakfast was adequate. I think the hotel is of good value."

"Clean. Beds comfortable. Large room. However; very hard to sleep in the non-air conditioned hot box. Window tilted in about 6” without a screen making me nervous a bird or insects would make it in my room. Noise from the street was unbearable due to the open window. Could not close the drapes or you would not get fresh air so the lights from the building across flooded the room all night and the sun streamed in the room in the morning. Had to leave the drapes open during the day so the air could flow but the sun heated up the room. No win situation. Lobby was large and open but had not one piece of furniture to gather or wait for other members of our party. Weird! Breakfast on site was typical buffet. It felt like a youth hostel masquerading as a hotel."

"We honestly had such a terrible experience at this hotel. The first room we got had a leaking toilet which was absolutely disgusting and seemed like an odd thing to not check for. The second room they moved us to had a little bug fly out of the bed when I pulled the covers back. I called the front desk about it immediately and they seemed to not believe us (were extremely rude) until we went down and showed them a photo. There attitude changed significantly once we had showed them the photo but at that point we felt so disrespected. The final room was fine but to move us 3 times in one night and not offer any sort of refund, consolation, or upgrade was honestly unbelievable and unacceptable. There was also terribly loud construction going on right behind the hotel and the walls were paper thin (you could hear the people next to you as if they were in the room) and the hotel definitely know how bad it was as they offered free ear plugs…Will not be staying here or at any of their other hotels ever again due to this extremely disappointing service and experience."
