"The place was a little too roasted need some improvements, specially with the stuff I was arriving after midnight they have doorbells and phone numbers outside to call but nothing was working. I got a phone number from Google Maps. Dan worked half an hour later."

"The hotel was lovely! The grounds are beautiful, with fruit trees and flowers. There is a nice area around the hot tub to sit and relax and two swings if you have children. The breakfast was very nice; fresh fruit bowl, freshly made juice, scrambled eggs and toast with butter and jam. The coffee and hot water for tea are on all day. "Everything done so well, from communication regarding transportation from the aiport to the hotel to the delicious fresh breakfast. The room was well appointed and clean and the bed comfortable. TV had YouTube and was easy to use. Bathroomhad wall-mounted shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Lots of hot water and great pressure. Check-in was easy and friendly. Breakfast was plenty of scrambled eggs made to your liking as well as fresh fruit, bread, coffee, and tea. The rooftop view of the city...

"Well located. Super family that runs the place. Very interested in helping with meals, plans or restaurants. 1/3 the cost of Holiday Inn and safe. If you come after dark, let them know when you’re arriving and they’ll look for you. Great place, will stay there again."

"Peaceful setting, stunning 360 views, with lovely, welcoming and helpful staff. Food was delicious! The lamb was perfect. Relaxing professional massage. Horses were all well cared for. Had a hour trail ride with Antonio(?spelling) lots of fun and laughs. Definitely a place I’ll go back to. Oh and the dogs all well behaved and friendly."

"we needed something for the night close to the airport, we had stayed before at the Hostal Mariscal Sugre.. and found the beds. They’re horrible… so we thought we would try somewhere close and cheap…. The beds were better, the breakfast was not too bad., we had to walk a little bit to get dinner.. but it was a Shawarma place and it was actually very good… staff was pretty good but there’s a highway just behind the hotel so you will get over some light highway sound. We just put in some earplugs...

"Un lugar muy bonito y tranquilo. Vi algunos colibris en el jardín y la familia es muy bonito, habla Quechua y español. Es un camino corto desde el centro de Otavalo pero sentí seguro en caminar allí. So much quieter than other properties in the center of the city. Breakfast is simple but sufficient and I felt safe walking to and from the downtown area for other meals. The owners are wonderful and speak Quechua as well as Spanish. Some beautiful long-tailed hummingbirds were out in the garden."

"Perfect for when arriving on a late night flight. Close to the airport, driver met me at the terminal with a sign, friendly staff, great chocolate and coffee. Comfy bed in a huge room with a view and fabulous shower."
