"Sempre vou nesse hotel e gosto muito, só que dessa vez que fui me decepcionei, não tinha cobertor nem papel higiênico no banheiro, nos armários não tinha copo nem os utensílios de cozinha que sempre ficam disponíveis, fiquei no quarto 103 e senti que o quarto foi arrumado pela metade faltando itens de cama. Fiquei 30min na fila pra fazer o check-in que tinha 2 pessoas atendendo de forma lenta. (De todas as vezes que fui anteriormente foi muito rápido)"

"I really enjoyed my stay at the Ipe Center Hotel. At first the room wasn't what I expected maybe a little bit bigger but it was perfect because I was by myself. The front desk people were very helpful on my check-in on Sunday February 23rd at night. "Stayed 6 nights, no working wifi, front desk didnt do much to help, gave me different passwords but it was the room that had no reaching service, only the last night at almost 10 pm did they decide to tell me to change rooms, didnt do so because saw no point then. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling as well. other than that, the room was confortable. "
