I love this place. Whenever I'm in Brazil i stay here because it's close to my kids house snd I can meet up with them for dinner anywhere in the city within minutes. Plus I'm from the US so I love their breakfast. Nice central location.

Boa para casal.

Prós: Gostei dos quartos, espaçosos e confortáveis. O café da manhã é bacana e o atendimento também. Não tive problemas de comunicação ou limpeza. A localização é bem no centro, então facilita muito; alguns restaurantes por perto e um de comida japonesa ao lado. Contras: A parte que fica o ferro de passar precisa de alguma atenção com a limpeza. A acústica é meio ruinzinha. Parecer: me hospedei com meu namorado, então voltaria a me hospedar se fosse novamente em casal ou três pessoas. Se fosse sozinha não iria, pois achei que a diária poderia ser um pouquinho mais barata.

Local para dormir confortável e só!

O quarto em si era ótimo. De início, peguei um quarto mais simples, com o banheiro bem simples, mas fiz um upgrade para um melhor e com banheiro mais equipado, 2 chuveiros, 2 pias e ducha higiênica, que não tinha no mais comum. A cama é confortável, mas poderia ser mais firme. O hotel extremamente limpo, roupas de cama de alta qualidade e toalhas também. Pontos negativos: restaurante do hotel não funciona de sexta feira. E também fui surpreendido negativamente, com algo que incomodou muito, quando não solicitei arrumação no quarto, mas, ainda assim, ao voltar, a camareira estava no meu quarto limpando, com todas as minhas coisas lá. Havia vários informes dizendo que a limpeza só seria feita de solicitada, e não foi. Além disso, tive que esperar acabar para usar o quarto. A academia é bem limitada e o hotel não dispõe de nenhum espaço externo. É um local apenas para dormir de forma confortável e tomar um bom café da manhã. Pelo preço, acho que poderia oferecer mais coisas.

Você não terá nenhum tipo de suporte ou atendiment

Bonito por fora, frustrante por dentro O hotel tem uma boa estrutura, os andares e quartos são visualmente agradáveis. Porém, o atendimento deixou muito a desejar. Reservei dois quartos com cama king size. Um deles seria para mim, minha esposa e nosso filho de 5 anos. Ao chegar, fomos informados de que a reserva estava apenas no meu nome, o que causou uma série de problemas. O recepcionista disse que seria necessário alterar a reserva pelo aplicativo ou pagar uma taxa de R$100 para incluir os demais hóspedes. Entrei em contato com o suporte do Hotéis.com, que ligou diretamente para o hotel. O recepcionista afirmou que estava sozinho, sem gerente, e não podia resolver nada. Para não prejudicar ainda mais nossa noite, paguei a taxa. Depois de passar o cartão, percebi que haviam cobrado R$200 — segundo ele, R$100 por pessoa, o que não foi informado antes. Recebemos uma toalha extra no balcão e subimos ao quarto. Ao entrar, percebemos que a cama não era king size como reservamos. Liguei na recepção e ele fez a troca, mas como estava sozinho, tive que descer para buscar a nova chave. O novo quarto continuava com cama queen e a cama extra pela qual pagamos. Além disso, as toalhas são muito finas e visivelmente gastas. O quarto era limpo, mas o aspecto geral dos enxovais deixa a desejar. A rua onde o hotel está localizado é escura e transmite pouca segurança. Em resumo: o hotel tem potencial, mas a experiência foi extremamente decepcionante por falta de preparo, transparentes

Recentemente, fiquei hospedada no hotel e sinto-me compelida a compartilhar alguns comentários, com a intenção de que sejam recebidos de forma construtiva. Apesar do hotel ter bom quartos e a localização ser conveniente Durante minha estadia, encontrei alguns problemas que impactaram significativamente minha experiência: • Comportamento da Equipe: Os funcionários demonstraram desinteresse e, por vezes, foram bastante rudes. Parecia que estavam apenas fazendo um favor ao me permitir a estadia, em vez de se esforçarem para garantir uma visita agradável. • Padrões de Limpeza: Apesar da minha longa permanência, os lençóis do meu quarto não foram trocados. Ao levantar essa questão na recepção, Lucas respondeu de forma sarcástica, sugerindo que, a menos que eu solicitasse explicitamente a troca, nada seria feito. É prática comum em hotéis a troca dos lençóis a cada dois dias, e esse padrão não foi cumprido. • Questões com o Estacionamento: Também notei que a área de estacionamento é extremamente apertada, o que levanta preocupações quanto a possíveis danos ou outros imprevistos. • Acessibilidade da Gerência: Lidar com o gerente mostrou-se desafiador, dificultando a resolução eficaz desses problemas. Acredito que esses pontos são importantes para que futuros hóspedes possam tomar uma decisão informada. Espero que o hotel considere este feedback para aprimorar os seus padrões de serviço e operação.
