"Experiência até que boa! Nada a falar do café da manhã, mas em relação a higiene deixou a desejar no quesito banheiro... Primeiro que colocaram a gente num quarto que o ar condicionado tem 10 decibéis, no outro dia trocaram prontamente sem nenhum empecilho, nota 10! Os chuveiros tem algo muito estranho que falta limpeza neles, é nitido que nao estao bacanas, A academia é muito pequena nem quisemos usar, a piscina tambem nao vale muito a pena, nem entramos!! Sauna estava fechada nao funcionava, e...

"I accidentally left an important document in my room when I checked out. It was during an exhausting trip. I noticed it missing a day later. I freaked out. I decided to call the hotel and fortunately they found it and held it for me. Also the shower is full blast and hot, which hasn’t been the case in other places I’ve stayed in Brazil "

"Stayed 6 nights, no working wifi, front desk didnt do much to help, gave me different passwords but it was the room that had no reaching service, only the last night at almost 10 pm did they decide to tell me to change rooms, didnt do so because saw no point then. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling as well. other than that, the room was confortable. "
