"Stated for one night after Chepstow races with my two children. The room was spotless, good tea/coffee making facilities, air con and lovely beds and bedding.
The electricity cut out in the room around 9.00pm and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. They tried to fix the fault, but ended up giving us another room when it couldn’t be resolved. They also gave us drinks and snacks while we waited and were very apologetic.
Breakfast was served until 10.30am but we didn’t get down there until 10.10am so understandably things had run out. Would have been great for more veggie options on the hot buffet, but the staff were again friendly and we would definitely stay again."
