"The lady at the front desk was super nice and helpful. although it was a busy night in the lobby, we were taken care seamlessly and fast. The hallway light was dim while to step out of elevator, but it soon lighted up and the room key take control of the room electricity as well, so that I would consider the hotel is doing great in saving energy. The cleanness of the room is perfectly clean and comfy. all kitchen supplies and appliance were in great condition, they looked new actually. "

"I arrived at terminal 2 around 9:50 pm. It was not easy to find the location of the Steigenberger Hotel Shuttle Bus. There was no sign for the bus stop! 4 out of 5 people I asked about it had no idea (among them other drivers and two policemen!) I finally called the hotel and was informed about the location! I had done pre-check-in online which saved me standing in line. Good idea!"
