"We have stayed at this property four times now and will stay again next time we are in Victoria. The staff are very helpful and friendly, the hotel is very clean and the pool area well maintained. We haven't tried the hotel restaurants but spoke to other guests that said both the lounge and restaurant are great. We love how you can walk to pubs, restaurants, the inner harbour, shopping and even fisherman's wharf and Beacon Hill Park easily from the hotel.There are many different types of restaurants nearby and two Irish pubs that have live music 7 nights a week. If you like bookstores there are two within walking distance- Munroe's and Russel Books. Two places close by for great pastries and sanwiches- Crust Bakery or Murchies and of course check out Rogers chocolates for treats to take home as gifts.We have stayed in a standard room as well as a one bedroom suite. The suite was great if you staying longer than a few days or want a separate work/sleep space or have kids. We will stay here again:)"

"Staff are friendly and courteous. From the time we checked in to the time we checked out they were all super helpful and guided us to the fun places to visit and the fine restaurants in the area. Hotel is spotless and located in a very central area. Our deep and sincere gratitude to all the staff at Rialto who made our trip pleasant and welcoming. Will definitely stay at Rialto during our next visit!!"

"The room is large, bright, clean, well laid out and the bed is very comfortable. The kitchenette was well stocked with everything we needed, The staff at the front desk, especially the two young New Zealanders, were always friendly and helpful, In addition, we also enjoyed the Aegir Room, the in house restaurant. I had their sea food chowder and it was the best chowder I have ever had and I have tried many."
