"The hotel was in convenient location to the airport. Only complaint is not being able to check in before 3:00 without paying an extra fee. When you are flying into Heathrow, in the morning, from another country and catching another flight the next morning, it would be nice to be able to get your room before 3:00."

"This hotel was easy to get to for a quick overnight stay. Check in was easy and we had a quick late night meal when we arrived. We arrived late and were exhausted. We were so tired when we finally got into bed, I noticed that the bed felt very stiff and lumpy, but I was so exhausted that I immediately fell asleep. However, upon waking, I did notice the lumpy bed again and examined it further. It appeared to have a nice pillow-top mattress on it, however, someone apparently flipped the mattress and I was sleeping on the underside with springs. Oh well. Maybe housekeeping needs to be educated about these mattresses. I alerted the housekeeper upon departure."
