Tive uma estadia agradável neste hotel. A localização é excelente, com fácil acesso a pontos turísticos, restaurantes e transporte público. Os quartos são confortáveis, limpos e bem equipados, oferecendo um bom nível de privacidade e silêncio para descansar. O atendimento da equipe foi cordial e eficiente, sempre disposta a ajudar com informações e solicitações. O café da manhã foi satisfatório, com variedade e boa qualidade dos alimentos. O custo benefício é muito bom, o café da manhã é caro pelo o que oferece, mas no conjunto é bom. As toalhas de banho estão bem gastas e não apresentam condições de uso, deveriam ser substituídas. A pia do banheiro estava entupida. O quarto estava limpo e para uma noite apenas foi ok.

O Ibis Guaíba oferece uma experiência condizente com sua proposta, sendo uma boa opção para estadias rápidas ou para quem busca praticidade. O estacionamento, tanto aberto quanto coberto, é uma vantagem, porém, nos dias de maior lotação, pode faltar vagas, obrigando os hóspedes a deixar o carro na rua, algo que poderia ser melhorado. O atendimento foi um ponto positivo, com a equipe simpática e prestativa. O restaurante oferece um cardápio à la carte até as 22h, com pratos saborosos tanto no almoço quanto no jantar, além de lanches rápidos disponíveis 24 horas, uma conveniência para quem chega tarde ou precisa de algo fora do horário de refeição. O quarto, embora pequeno, cumpre o que se espera de um hotel desse padrão, com uma decoração simples e funcional. A limpeza estava dentro dos padrões, e a vista para o Guaíba e Porto Alegre é um diferencial agradável. Entretanto, o quarto poderia ser mais bem equipado com uma smart TV, algo que faria diferença na experiência de entretenimento dos hóspedes. O Wi-Fi funcionou bem, sem problemas de conexão. O banheiro, apesar de contar com um bom chuveiro, apresentou um pequeno problema com vazamento de água do box, o que poderia ser revisto para evitar desconfortos.
