O ponto negativo foi o check-in. Recebi o nº do quarto e a senha da porta depois do horário. E só depois de uns 20 minutos de conversa pelo whatsapp. Fora isso o quarto, apesar de pequeno, é extremamente confortável, limpo e equipado com o básico.

Minha estadia foi muito boa tanto que por necessitar mais um dia em Porto Alegre,estendi a reserva e mantive o mesmo quarto.Muito recomendável,limpeza excelente,localiizaçao e comunicação idem.A academia tb serve bem as necessidades de vc em viagem não perder o ritmo de seu dia a dia de qua do esta em casa,porque uma semana ou mais sem fazer os exercícios cobra um preço..e assim com a área fitness pude me manter em dia.Gostei muito de tudo e recomendo muito.

Apartamento amplo e confortável, porém muito barulhento. Mesmo no 12o andar, tinha muito barulho do trânsito da avenida. Fácil checkin. Limpeza boa, porém vidros bastante sujos. Excelente opção por ter estacionamento gratuito.

Boa opção para viagem a trabalho.

Flat em uma boa localização, em frente a um parque. Prédio seguro, com porteiro presencial. Quarto confortável, com boa roupa de cama, limpo e ótimo chuveiro. Não usei o wifi, então não sei avaliar. Também não usei outras utilidades como academia ou piscina.

A localização é uma das melhores para tudo que queira fazer na cidade. O apartamento é muito aconchegante e limpo, apenas a internet que não funcionava direito e todas as vezes que falamos com o suporte, prometiam que iria um técnico, mas isso nunca aconteceu. Se você depender da internet, recomendo que não fique nesse empreendimento.

Bom, mas falta administração!

Achei o quarto com um bom tamanho, muito limpo, chuveiro maravilhoso e localização boa. Porém TV não funcionou, máquina de café quebrada, a cozinha não tem utensílios direito (não tem nem copo kkk somente xícara). Falta administração! Acredito que deve ter hospedagem melhor pelo mesmo valor.

Apartamento aconchegante bom para uma estadia rápida. Bem equipado com SmartTV TCL, microondas, ar-condicionado, geladeira e cooktop de indução. Banheiro confortável e ducha forte com ótimo aquecimento. Armários para mantimentos e para roupas, cama confortável e sofá-cama. Já possui panelas, copos, talheres e pratos. No anúncio dizia garrafa de água grátis mas no meu caso não tinha, só me dei conta depois (tudo bem). Alguns detalhes de limpeza na geladeira (algo havia vazado dentro do freezer, pouca coisa).

Muito bom o predio e o ap. Mas havia muita sujeira no piso embaixo da cama. Acredito que nunca limpam ali. Senti falta de uma limpeza e troca de toalhas pela estadia ter sido longa. Papel higienico de qualidade ruim daqueles grossos de rodoviária. Nao consiz com o nível dos aps Charlie. Ja fiquei em muitos e foi a primeira vez que encontrei este tipo de papel no mais tudo certo.
