"First room was terrible, mattress sunk in the middle, staff great, swapped rooms, 2nd room great until we tried to shower, no hot water, assured it was fixed, 2nd night the same, no hot water, had to check out a day earlier as couldn’t cope with cold showers! Food not up to the normal standards, been staying at this hotel for over 7 years , something has defo changed, very disappointed. Staff tried to be helpful . Pool area was very good as always, hopefully just a blip "

"On the whole enjoyed our one night stay. Property is lovely and our ground floor room was clean and warm. Only downside was black mold on the shower tray edge but the power shower was awesome.The breakfast room is nicely decorated and the food on offer was of excellent quality and well cooked.goos continental selection. Overall it is a lovely hotel and we would stay again."

"Room was a good size but sadly the cleaning and maintenance were not up to scratch. The spa facilities are lovely and breakfast good in the lovely orangery. "

"Empty toilet roll in holder but apart from that everything was good and clean. Nice room with plenty of space. Aircon was not working it would not turn on. Safe in room is a nice touch, but sadly no fridge. Shame really as the room deserves one. Nice quality black out curtains. Staff are excellent! Overall for the price i paid it was well worth the money. I have stayed many times and will be back soon. "

"Booked 3rd bed had brown stain on mattress cover . Booked breakfast but discovered only one voucher for myself and two children. Minimal information given as to how to use voucher ."
