"Booked 3rd bed had brown stain on mattress cover . Booked breakfast but discovered only one voucher for myself and two children. Minimal information given as to how to use voucher ."

"The hotel is in the middle of Leicester and does NOT have the parking they claim to have so nowhere to park. Room handles and floor were sticky and bathroom had no heating so was like an ice box. As an experienced traveller I always request a quiet room and I was on the first floor at the back of the hotel. Traffic and general noise was high and the noisiest bin men in the Country crashed around at 600am having loud conversations with hotel staff. This is the 15th hotel I have stayed in this year and the only one I have left a negative review. "

"Amble parking near the venue. Unfortunately, no restaurant or leisure centre as advertised. We hope they are able to reopen these soon."
