Greenwich Hotels

"I have previously worked in hospitality management, and this is one of the CLEANEST hotels I've ever seen. Everything from the parking garage to the lobby, to the elevators to the room itself was cleaned with care and intention. Our room was spacious, stocked and welcoming. I also enjoyed the full buffet breakfast, the accessibility to the beach, and the friendly staff. The only feedback I can offer is to find a way to alert others to the fact that there are limited parking spaces to run in, check in and grab your parking pass. All in all -- I will be back. "

"The room was wonderful, beds were super comfortable! Balcony view was spectacular. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was hot and delicious every morning with eggs, sausage, make your own waffles, cereal, bagels, etc. Pool was clean and fresh towels all the time. Definitely will stay again!"

"Housekeeping did not come through to replenish towels or coffee and there was no sign to put on door to indicate this was needed. We had booked 2 rooms and called immediately to make sure we got adjoining rooms because I was traveling with minors. Our rooms were on separate floors and I kept being told to come back and they would switch us when there were some rooms checked out of. After coming back 4 times I gave up. Very frustrating experience, since this request was made at reservation time. "

"Our family enjoyed our stay at the hyatt hotel. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating. Dorothy and Queenie at the front desk were amazing! Our room was great and the ocean view was spectacular. I had a great birthday with the family."
