The lady at the front desk was the nicest she could be. I came in off the road with bad traffic in a mood and she was still just as nice and helpful as you could ask for. The room was clean and really nice would definitely stay again.

This is not a bad place to stay but my experience when it rained and the rain flooded out the air conditioning unit which flooded my room and got all our clothes wet including the cloth luggages and I was not compensated for the inconvenience. The front desk didn't want to switch our room but after expressing we would not be staying in that room we were moved down the hall. The new room has some flaws where the door does not catch you have to slam it closed to lock and the under light on the microwave will not shut off which is annoying when trying to sleep. Overall the rooms are clean and tidy;the staff are helpful and friendly which are all a plus when staying in a hotel. I would stay here again because of the cleaniness of the hotel and great staff but not more than 4 days. I have never stayed at a hotel where you have to pay for better wifi services, where the room is cleaned once every 2 weeks for extended stay, and you have to take your own trash out. The convenience of the full size refrigerator and stove top helps when preparing your food helping a family of 3 save money from takeout.

This is an extended stay facility and while the building is clean and the staff was helpful it’s not a place I would recommend for families or women traveling alone. The only amenity I was told about was a 24 hour laundry. No breakfast or food of any kind. If you need a cheap place to stay get there during daylight hours go to your room don’t answer any knocks on the door, check out during daylight hours. I’m 73 and travel frequently and I’ve never experienced a place quite like this. Again the building is clean and modern and the staff was very helpful it’s just not for everybody.

Very clean place and polite staff. Just wish they had automatic doors to make carrying in luggage and such easier and having ramps for handicap and luggage a little closer to the door would be much more helpful. But overall, excellent experience. Would recommend if you don't care about n pools and such(they don't have one).
