Great Stay!

Easy to find, VERY clean, comfortable (sheets were SO SOFT), friendly and easy check in, adequate take away breakfast. We really like Red Roof Inn!

Good place for the money

Clean room, friendly staff, facility stayed quiet at night. The area around the facility seemed good but not many nearby amenities, a few restaurants and a couple gas stations. Fir an inexpensive stay it served its purpose well.

Upon arrival property didn’t look like pics. Sketchy people walking around and traveling alone did not feel safe. Called and tried to cancel since not booked directly thru hotel I had to call Travelocity after an hour trying to get situated they got ahold of hotel and I was issued a refund. Customer service was great

I’ll start with what I did like. The front desk staff was nice and professional at check in. Easy to find and parking was easy. That’s where it ends. I drive around to my room and some addict staggered out of his room asking if I was looking for JP. Another addict was on the ground behind the hotel in the woods and someone else kept looking at me and at my car. After going to the room I decided it wasn’t safe and just left. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Almost perfect. Everyone was very nice and friendly and helpful. The refrigerator in the room had stuff spilled in it that we had to clean before using it. There was nothing in the soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion bottles. Fortunately I had those things in my luggage and the guy at the front desk found us a bar of soap, so we were good. Otherwise everything was very clean and neat and we enjoyed our stay.

We got in a little later and there were a few people ahead of me for check in. The two gentlemen working the front desk were super kind and patient with my daughter and even offered her a free candy! The room was clean, the beds were comfy, and it was a great experience overall. If I needed to stay in Spartanburg again, I'd stay here for sure!
