The staff was lovely and the rooms were great nice comfortable bed. We had a really nice view from the window on the fifth floor. The only thing was they were doing renovations which I wasn’t expecting. Other than that everything was great.

Construction and broken elevators made our stay a bit difficult as well as the minimal breakfast options each morning meaning we had to buy breakfast out anyways. Rooms were great but cleaning staff never came to change sheets or replace towels during our entire week stay.

First off, a shout out to Andre at the front desk! He was warm and welcoming and the fresh chocolate chip cookies were a huge hit. Our stay was great , everything was top notch and the breakfast was outstanding! Highly recommend this Hyatt Hotel as a great place to stay.

The hotel was under renovation, which did not really disturb our stay, but I wish we had been informed earlier. We were only notified one day before our arrival. The room was very clean. The floors were so clean that I felt comfortable walking barefoot. The towels and bed linens were clean and white, which I really appreciated. The only issue was an unpleasant smell in the carpeted hallway and also in the room when we first arrived. Once we turned on the air conditioning, the smell in the room improved. Overall, I was very satisfied with the cleanliness of the room.

When I arrived there was a massive floor to ceiling tarp over the entire lobby for renovations that nobody mentioned when I booked. The “front desk” was a folding table in the main entrance hallway. One elevator was completely broken and out of commission, while the other elevator was busted and the door would get stuck on the 4th floor and stop working. The staff were fantastic, but that doesn’t make up for noise of construction, missing flooring, an unsafe elevator, and limited parking due to all the construction equipment and dumpsters taking up parking spots. Would recommend booking somewhere else until the renovations are done.
