"Very nice and enjoyable stay. Only downside was the parking lot being full when we returned from dinner one night. We had paid for self parking. Fortunately, the valet attendant let us park outside in one of the few spaces reserved for the check-in drop-off area so it worked out ok. I felt like a hotel of this caliber should have enough parking to accommodate all guests when full. To be fair the people who were left without spaces were given the option off having their vehicle valet parked at another nearby building."

"Great stay at the Grand Pacific Hotel. Lots of traditional charm coupled with a modern dining experience. Lovely pool and gym facilities too. We enjoyed walking around the harbour as its in such a great location too."

"We enjoyed our stay as it was close enough to the attractions of Victoria but far enough from the crowds. We had a sizeable room with good size bathroom although water pressure was a bit low. Our only issue was that the staff hadn’t fully closed our door after cleaning one day but they corrected that. The door swings to close but doesn’t close fully. You have to pull it shut."

"Perfectly located in the heart of Victoria with easy walking distance to Chinatown, the harbour front, Fisherman's Wharf, etc. Would definitely stay here again! Staff are super helpful and provide great recommendations on what to see and where to eat. Parking is a little confusing but once in the right place, it is easy and convenient (must be my senior brain)."
