Nice place to shop. It was bigger than I thought it would be. There's about 4 floors of stores and a fitness center (goodlife). Restaurants are on the top floor and holds a lot of known brands. The mall was completely decked out with lights from head to toe. It was stunning!

"We loved having the kitchen and the kids loved the pool. Location is great with so much within walking distance. We did have an issue with noise due to an event (wedding) going on directly under our room, A102, that was quite loud until midnight. Staff was very apologetic and they did offer a discount. Overall the stay was very comfortable and we will definitely come back. "

This property is professionally operated, the staff fantastic and friendly. The restaurant food is high quality and delicious, also a 10/10. The pay to order coffee bar the best I’ve had in any hotel in Victoria. Thank-you! "
