"The staff was excellent. Overall quality and beauty of the property was outstanding. Room cleanliness was good. But a lot of long hairs (not ours) in the bathtub. We chose this hotel because it had a pool. But unfortunately the pool was closed for months of renovation. We were not advised of this prior to booking. That was disappointing and we sould not have chosen this hotel for the reason. "

"There was no rooms because Expedia sold rooms when the hotel was booked. The hotel had to mece me to another hotel and I got separated from my family."

"I stay here all the time when in Guadalajara. My room needed some attention. The table was broken and the toilet was not functioning properly when I arrived. Overall the Hotel is nice .I will stay again."
