"The room is clean and new. The bed is comfy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Although, the front entrance was dirty. I’m not sure if this is usual or just from the wind. The bar/restaurant downstairs was a plus, however, the seats in the restaurant need an upgrade. Overall, for a quick night or 2, this place isn’t bad. "

"Everything that caused a two star review: stains everywhere, ripped shower curtain, dirty playpen, broken sink handle, inaccurate description of Mountain View and baby “crib” which was a dirty pack and play. On Expedia it says “Mountain View room” and the pic is cropped above the now current hotel in front of it. The baby crib described was a pack and play. The one first given was so dirty and then was given a different one which was cleaner but still stained. The shower curtain was torn all across the top and they brought a new one to our door but didn’t install it. So I guess that was meaning I was supposed to do it? The sink handle also broke off when turning it on. The floor wasn’t vacuumed well at all while we were staying there. The couch chair, the office chair, the floor, the curtain, all had stains on them. No idea how this hotel had four stars it does not deserve it."

"Good location close to downtown and the train to go to the airport. The room was clean, not a great view. My particular room overlooked the roof of the conference rooms, not a big deal, but I tried to look at the sunrise, but the outside of the window is extremely dirty. My iPhone even suggested I clean the camera lens. Good stay overall. I only ate at the smaller restaurant for fast food. "

"1 of the 2 elevators in each tower were out of service. Ice makers on multiple floors were also broken. Signs for these maladies (the need for which are usually temporary) looked lome they had been posted for a few years. Its evident Wyndham doesn't intend to fix."
