Absolutely wonderful hotel and we loved everything about it. The room was clean and very spacious along with a nice balcony. We swam in the pool and relaxed in the hot tub. Definitely recommend this hotel to families looking for a nice room to stay neat Mt Rushmore.

This is a new hotel about 10 minutes from downtown Rapid City. Free parking and highway access are definite pluses. It is spacious and modern. It may lack the charm of the Alex Johnson hotel, but it more than makes up for it with convenience. The pool is very small but it does have a nice hot tub. The free breakfast buffet menu changes daily.

Exceptional stay! The breakfast was incredibly rich and delicious. Our room was spotless and well-maintained. I especially loved the bedding—the linens were soft and the mattress provided the perfect amount of support for a great night's sleep. The staff were also very warm and welcoming. The Clubhouse was very nice. They offered free refreshments a couple nights of the week. The area is beautiful with the Black Hills in the background! There is also a very good restaurant within a short walking distance from the hotel. We will definitely stay there again.
