"The room itself was clean and spacious, but housekeeping was inconsistent — some days they didn’t come at all, and other days they arrived as late as 6 PM. Our body wash was empty on the first night and we had to request a refill rather than it being replaced when they freshened up the room. The steamers in the room also didn’t work, and when we asked for a replacement, the second one was broken as well.
The hotel advertised a rooftop bar, but it was only open until 9 PM on certain days, which was disappointing. We also arrived after midnight for check-in and were not informed ahead of time that parking was $59 per night. Luckily, there was a cheaper lot around the corner, but guests should definitely be aware of the parking costs, which seem standard for the area.
Overall, the room itself was nice, but for around $200 a night, the level of service and attention felt lacking. The biggest highlight was the coffee shop and restaurant downstairs — both had excellent food."
