"I’m very pleased with the front desk staff hospitality, especially Henry who was very friendly, approachable, and thoughtful. The location was pleasantly situated where we needed to be. Parking was very convenient. I did find stains on the linens which I’m sure it was an oversight by the housekeeping team. Overall I am satisfied with my stay experience and would return another time."

"The fridge didn’t work and I was placed near the elevator so could not sleep all night, either night. Brought it to the staff’s attention and was told “sorry we are almost sold out” I’m paying just as much as the next guest, to be hit with such a stupid response. If I was interested in the occupancy of the hotel I would ask for a job in their front office. What I cared about was sleeping. To be told “we are almost sold out” is ridiculous when I’m telling you I couldn’t sleep the night prior. No inquiry of how the stay could be improved and still charged for a late check out of an hour. Overall, very disappointing stay"

"Great place to stay. GO OFFSITE FOR BREAKFAST. The the watermark was HORRIBLE. Bad food. High prices. Poor service. Hotel staff and rooms were amazing"

"Old and dated. Cleanish - maybe don’t look too hard. This however is acceptable considering the relatively affordable rates for the location."

"The hotel staff was friendly, and the breakfast options were exceptional. But I left very frustrated overall and it was not worth the cost. The parking garage wasn’t working when we arrived, which incurred extra fees. The elevators were painfully slow, often leading to 10 minute waits. The room itself was very tiny, making it difficult to manage with 2 adults and 2 young children. Our window was closed off due to construction equipment blocking any view. Then were the neighbours. Due to the poor sealing around the main door, you could hear everyone and everything in the hall; from screaming kids to the party groups. Overall, a very suboptimal stay."

"Stay was lovely, small room. I booked a king room and you could tell they put two twins together to make it a king but overall, very clean & loved the shower pressure! "
