"I had a very pleasant stay at the President Hotel. The hotel is well located, making it easy to access the main attractions and business areas. The breakfast had a really good variety but it was extremely busy and uncomfortable when there was rude people who had no sense of spatial awareness I found it uncomfortable and had breakfast in my room. Also be aware that the bar area is closed Staff were really good and helpful in every area. "
