"Clean room the water pressure was great in the shower. The bathroom had a light out so putting makeup on was a challenge. We only stayed one night. I let the staff know about the burned out light."

"We stayed in Ballys one night only, but it was great experience - hotel comfort, clean, we visited pool, hot tub didn't work, and hotel doesn't offer vouchers on beach as other hotels do, so we couldn't have access to Lakeside private beach even for fees. For us it was important. Next time we'll try to get vouchers."

"Easy park and access to my room. Very comfortable beds and quiet surroundings Walk to Whole Foods Help didn’t speak English but were friendly! Super clean room and liked the room layout the BEST of 4 hotels I stayed at during my road trip to Craig CO Will stay in Best Western Plus from now on!!!"
