"Last 4 years I’ve frequently stayed this hotel since my son in UB. Room carpet was found very filthy & dirty. I’ve chosen this hotel because close to north campus. No improvement been seen in the property and room. I will not recommend anyone to stay here."

"Upon arrival the area was full of angry people. Fights in the parking lot and a mob in the lobby. There were no clean rooms to be had. No housekeeping staff on the premises. They refused to assist and turned us away. This was the last thing we expected to have happen. We were taken advantage of by other establishments because of the desperate situation we were in. By far, the worst hotel experience ever."

"the hotel is a little outdated, the toilet kept clogging and we were told that the toilet has a “water saving” feature. We did not have enough toilet paper, we had to keep asking for it. The complementary breakfast was ok."

"The location is grand for the area and interstate access and the parking pleantiful. Breakfast buffet could be improved. When checking in no mention was done about the breakfast for week and weekends. No mention ofthe bar."

"As others noted, this hotel was recently renovated, but there are still remnants of the old hotel which are icky. Old door frames, the ceilings etc. the beds seemed nice and clean, but when i opened a pack and play for my baby, there was a maggot in it. I opted to return it and have the baby in the bed. The exterior door in the back also doesn’t close unless pushed close, which is not great for security. The staff was nice and they accommodated shortening our stay, despite it being requested 1hr after the 6pm deadline the week before. "
