"Great and comfortable stay!"

"We stayed 2 nights with our young kids and dog. Raj at the front was wonderful. The hotel was clean but a little out dated, although at night you could barely hear anything unlike some hotels these days. We used the pool which was ok but could use an updating. The breakfast was great and property was well kept. Location was great for what we needed! "

"There was an employee during our stay who tried to steal money from us during our check in. The safety deposit was $150. I gave the employee 2 $100 bills. She took one of the $100 bills I gave her, put it in a drawer, took a $50 bill out of the drawer and put it along with my other $100 bill into an envelope. When I asked her where my other $50 for change was, she rolled her eyes, said "whatever, I don't even care." Then took the $50 bill back out of the envelope and threw it at me. She then proceeded to write down on the envelope $100 security deposit, still leaving $50 of the money I handed her unaccounted for. Granted the lady this morning when we checked out did make the money situation right but it was the sheer audacity of Ari that really threw me in a bad mood. "

"Intuitively comfortable and accommodating. I would expect to pay much more for such a great stay."

"Clean upgraded rooms. Clean renovated bathrooms. The room has soace to spread out. The TV was big. Nice full length mirror. The cons are the pillows are not comfortable, and there arent many places you can walk to. The staff was helpful when we needed it. Overall, the property is well maintained and close to a few places , like Niagra Falls, the mall, the university and the airport. I would stay here again when i come back to visit. "

"Rooms were much smaller than expected. The sliding door moved and covered bathroom door when bathroom was being used. Not good for toddlers as it exposed the ironing bored closet. Fresh fruit on the breakfast bar cut up was a pleasant treat. Front desk lady was super nice and helpful. The value was expensive for the hotel location. "
