The only downside was that the floors weren’t clean - our socks/feet got very dirty walking around the room, and also there was lots of dust under the beds. If they gave the floors a good steam mopping and vacuumed under the beds, I would’ve given them 5 stars. Despite this, would stay here again if we ever come back to Graz."
