I had a wonderful stay at the Andaz Vienna Am Belvedere. The room was beautiful, very clean, and thoughtfully prepared — I really appreciated the welcome fruits and the personalized greeting with my name on the TV. The bed was comfortable, though the pillows were a bit too soft for me. The hotel is not right in the city centre, but it’s conveniently close to the main train station, making it easy to get around. I didn’t get the chance to try their breakfast or visit the rooftop bar, but overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. If you’re looking for a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Vienna, Andaz is an excellent choice.

The hotel was modern. The room we stayed in was spacious, well equipped room. The top floor has a beautiful rooftop restaurant and bar with fabulous views of the city. The hotel is close to the main train station and the city centre is a 15 min subway ride. If you don’t mind being a little away from the downtown this hotel is perfect

Loved it

Loved our stay at this hotel. The room was modern, comfortable and clean. Loved the breakfast and the staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the hallways, especially the walkway between two buildings on fifth floor was very dusty and seemed not to have been vacuumed for a while. I'm sensitive to dust because I have asthma, so it's possible that this is not something that's easily noticed by others. But the room was very clean and no dust.

The hotel was very good, clean rooms and polite staff. However, we were not told that the Spa would be closed for maintenance during our stay and this was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel.

Amazing stay

Misunderstanding about the booking was dealt with really quickly and professionally which shows how good this hotel is. The room was unbelievable, hotel immaculate, great little gym with fantastic views. You have to go to the roof top bar, great atmosphere. Can't recommend this hotel enough.

Beautiful hotel. Unfortunately the hotel restaurant was closed to a private reception and nothing else was opened either.The best thing was that this hotel is locate very close to one of the train stations. If you are young and hip, this hotel will be perfect for you.
