"The views where amazing and the placement was perfect for walking and catching transport. The hotel was doing renovations so I wasn't able to sleep in since the noise traveled from the lobby to the 1st floor. The restaurants on the grounds are very convenient and great for last bite to eat before turning in for the evening."

"It started very badly with Satnav sending us to a pedestrianised deadend at the waterfront. However with telephone assistance from the Ark staff we eventually found the entrance which is set back from the road. We stayed in a tiny double bed studio, probably the smallest we have ever seen. It was however perfect for our stay and was very well fitted out and spotless. The pool and spa was stunning and with incredible views from the 20th floor to the O2. Staff qere helpful, lifts a high tech joy and all in all extremely good value. Access to all areas via the adjacent light railway station was a huge benefit for getting around. We would stay again and now we know where the entrance is it will be even better!"

"The room was clean overall, but I experienced a few issues during my stay. There was a very loud water noise in the room, and the TV was not working on the first night. When I contacted reception, I was informed that no maintenance staff was available overnight and that I would need to wait until the next day. Eventually, around 11 PM, I requested and received a room change. Otherwise everything was perfect. Location was amazing with thames river view and 2 minutes walking to Bus stop."

"The check-in staff were fantastic, particularly the girl whose name I believe started with G. She was incredibly helpful and attentive, truly a valuable asset to the hotel. The breakfast was delicious with a lovely menu and prompt service. My room was well-equipped but the carpet was badly stained which left a negative impression. Will be back again . "
