"This is really one of the worst places i have ever been. Poorly managed, unfriendly and unhelpful staff, terrible communication. I find it shocking that a property like this can exist and be offered on Expedia. Strongly recommend delisting from the platform and for people looking at it to avoid at any cost. "
"Be careful booking this location the room and resort were great but our building was under separate ownership which meant it was fully self catered the there were no towels no sheets for the beds only the duvet and pillows which were stained and not pleasant to sleep on. We found a cockroach in one of the kitchen appliances and there was no way of getting service from reception as they had nothing to do with the building/room. Be careful staying here "

"This is a very small hotel, about 30 rooms, right at the foot of the ski slopes, with stunning views all round. Stayed there for a weeks skiing with a friend (the skiing is great there). The staff were all lovely, really helpful, hotel spotless, beautiful lounge and terrace, comfy dining room with log burner, and bar on the end of the hotel. "We stayed for 2 nights as part of a longer trip to the Alps. The team couldn’t do enough for us and our 2 dogs, a very pet friendly hotel, we were also upgraded to a view of Mont Blanc (thank you!). The parking was easy to access (and had security cameras). We were able to store our bikes in a locked garage during our stay, which was welcome. The restaurant is top quality and good value for money. I’m GF and the pizza GF base was amazing (as was the normal pizza, I’m told!), there is also a good choice of pasta dishes and burgers, which we enjoyed the second night! I would recommend this hotel for a summer stay and we plan to stay here for our next ski trip in Chamonix/Les Houches!"
"I recently stayed at Ibis Styles Les Houches Chamonix and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is conveniently located in the Chamonix Mont-Blanc valley, just a short walk from the Bellevue cable car. The rooms were bright and clean, equipped with a flat-screen TV and free WiFi. I particularly enjoyed the balcony in my room, which offered a lovely view of the surrounding area.
The buffet breakfast was a nice start to the day, with a good variety of options. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. However, the hotel could benefit from some updates, as it felt a bit dated in certain areas. Despite this, the cleanliness and service made up for it.
