"Found feces floating in the pool from a toddler and parent who left the pool before us. Reported this to the front desk and lady was rude. Provided solution was “don’t you have a car? Can’t you go to the sister hotel and use their pool?” Was implied I would just walk in swimsuits with my kids on the sidewalk in the rain and 43 degree weather? Then rudely suggested I drive. It was her attitude and mood directed toward me over a situation that was not my fault. Not to mention we were swimming in someone’s feces. Mad. Rude rude rude. Other workers were top notch. Hotel was clean and rooms were clean also. Fresh towels and towels for the pool were provided at the front desk. Breakfast delivered timely and accurate. That one staff was so rude and did not make it right. Would like to be compensated in some way for that and not being able to utilize the pool. Would like a refund for Saturday night of our stay."

"Property overall was good...great bay views, decent breakfast...nice pool/hot tub area...close to everything from shopping to dining...only miss was the bed/bedding. It's time for an upgrade on that ... pillows were awful bes was extra form and bedding was in need of a refresh "

"The rooms are paper thin with walls. You can hear people sneezing while tv is on. Rented to a bunch of young kids and put us under them and all night long was stomping and noisy. My father was in the icu at hospital and we do not sleep at all. Breakfast was cereal, bagels and oatmeal cups and a bowl of fruit. We skipped it. I paid 25.00 more online then if I actually booked that day. Over all will not recommend"
