Property is In the middle of downtown & you can walk everywhere. Room was clean & comfortable, communication by text was easy & great (quick responses). Only downfall is parking is a block down the street & it’s $20 for the night.

The apartment was in pristine condition and very comfortable. I especially liked the bathroom (loads of hot water always quickly delivered). The bed was quite comfy and the kitchen user-friendly. There were many great restaurants within walkable distance. The whole apartment building was very quiet. I would highly recommend this property.

Good area of town with the parking structure just down the street and front street a block away. Not that close to the beach or waterfront from what I could tell. It is $20 for overnight parking. Room was huge, clean, and comfortable, my wife was very impressed :) Communication with Kasa was easy and clear over text message. If you do the check-in process ahead of time like you're supposed to, I can't see how you could have any issue. A few reviews complain about check-in but I did it before showing up to the property so I was totally fine.

Stayed at this apartment had a wonderful time. Everything is very clean and updated. Great location. Happy there was an elevator because we had a lot of luggage. Parking is the only issue. You have to park a few blocks away for overnight parking. Highly recommend other than that.

This property was nearly brand new and very modern. Fantastic bedding. It was great having a full size kitchen and living area along with the bedroom. The self-checkin process was easy and the communication by text was very responsive.

Brand new property still under construction. The room was perfect for a get-together with my best friend. Small fridge, microwave Keurig and kettle provided. Perfect location to explore downtown Traverse City and public beaches. Closeto great restaurants and shopping.

This was my first time using a virtual hotel. All in all it’s fine. Rooms were clean. Check in and out were a bit more of a hassle than a standard hotel in my opinion - the ID verification takes a bit- but it’s not difficult. The room felt sterile, more like an upscale hostel. A small mini fridge and microwave were available. Area felt safe. Parking is off site in a ramp for about $20, so add that to the room cost. If the room was cheaper I’d consider it a better value, but considering the lack of amenities and lack of parking at a comparable price to a regular hotel, I don’t think it’s worth it.

THERE IS NO PARKING ON SITE! This is something I didn't catch until after I had already completed my reservation. There is no parking lot at all for this hotel. There is a parking structure relatively close that you can park overnight but it's $21 a night to park there. The hotel itself is very walkable to shops and bars and restaurants so that was very nice. There aren't any amenities really on site like a pool or restaurant or bar. There is a very cool rooftop terrace though that you can sit and overlook the city and even be able to see the water. There's nobody that works on site so the day of check-in you get a code texted to you to allow you to open the front door and your room door.

No supply access To store run at 11PM

Very clean, newer. Only issue the KASA Supply closet was not available to people staying. Had to find a store at 11:00pm for toilet paper. Also need dishwasher tablets and a set of towels. Saw cleaner in morning. She said supply closet has never been for guests and keeps it locked. With no front desk, this needs to be addressed

Nice place

The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. The location was great for being downtown. The room was mostly clean besides garbages weren’t emptied. The communication was a bit off. Unfortunately, we could not see the check in time prior to booking this stay. We did request early check-in, but that was not able to be accommodated which is fine. We reviewed the check-in instructions which said that we could enter at 3:30 so we did. After we got in the room, I checked my phone and had a text message saying that the room would not be ready for another two hours which was strange because we were in the room and had the code to enter. We went about our business and headed out downtown and got another message at 5:50 saying that they would need another 20 minutes. Again, this is strange because we were already in the room. There was no one there to clean the room. The room was already clean. It just left us very confused. We let them know when we checked out and later in the day, we still got a text message about returning vacuums to their closet which we never even used. Again the room was nice, but all these text messages left us feeling rather confused. We would have been highly upset if we were not able to enter until after 6 PM and there wasn’t even anyone there cleaning the room.
