We had a one night stay here and found it to be a great value. The bed was very comfortable and room was very clean. The pool area was well maintained and the seating around the pool area was lovely. There was ample Parking.

The room for the most part was very clean, however, there was a shoe that was under the bed (like right by the edge of the bed). The shoe wasn't ours and we did wonder the cleanliness of the room based off that, but the bathroom, jacuzzi and bed were all clean. Staff were helpful and quick to help. Only complaint was the stray shoe under the bed.

The property was near many shops, restaurants and attractions in Traverse City. It is an older 2 story motel that has been remodeled with very good HVAC systems. The rooms are spacious with bathrooms that feature oversized shower stalls. However our room mattresses were in need of replacement. Free breakfast was included, but somewhat lacking in food offerings.

Our room was very clean and accessible. The front lobby/breakfast area was charming and cozy. Breakfast was adequate but minimal. Lots of granola bars. The location was convenient and easy to get to. My only complaint was that the gal at the front desk seemed a bit grumpy, but maybe she was just tired.
