The hotel was nice but the curtains in our room we're moldy. The door was broken and the kitchenette sink in our suite didn't work and was leaking water. Also we booked this hotel because it has a hot tub and heated pool or so advertised but pool was cold and hot tub was broken and the bathroom in the pool area was broken and not clean at all. So we were very disappointed in the stay.

Great night’s stay!

We traveled to town for a football game in Stephenville and it was perfect for a night. The beds were comfy, room was clean and we had a pretty good night’s sleep! Staff was friendly and helpful. Close to food options and felt very safe.

The hotel advertised heated pool the pool was not heated. The Jacuzzi was broken a continental breakfast no gravy on it no gravy or potatoes and the hotel staff was nice but far as for the pool in the Jacuzzi it was not working.

I was unable to check in because nobody was at the desk for several hours and they did not answer the phone when I called multiple times. There was a sign to have some coffee and they’d be right back. I ended up getting a room at another hotel because it was impossible to check in

Overall a great stay!

We stayed in the handicapped room, and it was fabulous. The staff in the hotel was amazing! Check in made sure to let us know about the accommodations of the accessible room and made us feel welcome. One of the cleaning ladies opened the elevator door when she saw our hands were full of luggage. The rooms was a good size and it was clean. The air conditioner worked perfectly. The pool is beautiful with a dolphin pattern on the bottom, but the water was cold. The hot tub was nice and warm, but the bubbles were broken (which we were told of at check in). The only negative comments are, the beds were a bit on the hard side, the coffee with breakfast was not great, and the apple juice container with breakfast was covered in mystery liquid.

The company did not provide a receipt for me. They said since I booked via Expedia, I need to get receipt from them. I've booked hotels for years through expedia and this was the first time a hotel did not provide a receipt. Soes not change my experience overall for the stay. It was peaceful, quiet, felt safe and comfortable.

The room was not clean we found a dead cockroach in the room opened soap closet door broken and TV not working. On top of that we got a complaint that we were making too much noise and we just got to our room about 5 min in. With unsanitary conditions Travelocity and the property manager didn’t even want to provide a refund. Don’t stay at this property and don’t use Travelocity!

Granbury is a bit of a destination place in the area, not so unlike Fredericksburg, so even lower end properties are a little pricier. This place definitely fits the description of "lower end," with some light refurbs for appearances, but not enough to mask it being a bit tired. If you like to workout at your hotels, go elsewhere. The "gym" is off the pool area, making it muggy and not well ventilated- with lighting that reminded me of the opening scenes of "Joe vs the Volcano." The treadmill was rusted out and even if the other pieces of equipment were functional, the space was a 'no!' As mentioned in another review, the pool & spa, though not my thing, were "broken," meaning unheated in winter (I'm taking bets on how long they had been under repair). Breakfast is adequate, but several broken pieces of equipment there, too, make McDonald's a reasonable option. I just wanted some cold water with my breakfast, but the water fountain around the corner? Broken. The "pantry" fridge by the desk? Empty. I had an ADA room for some reason, which was fine. I like being on the first floor, but I was wondering if someone was wheelchair bound how in the world would the person reach the shower head to detach it from the hook? I'm 4'10" with rather long arms & it was almost out of reach for me. Staff was very nice & friendly though, but I was thinking for the money a clean Motel 6 & breakfast off site would have been a better option.
