At check-in the front desk employee had no change (for tips) because she wasn’t allowed to have a bank. Later my husband asked for change at the bar and that person made a disgruntled remark about the front desk sending him there. We had no hot water next morning and the sink did not drain. Also they were using a leaf blower outside at 6:30 am that woke us up. People who showed good customer service were valet and maintenance engineers.

Great comfortable hotel with lots of amenities. Staff was very nice - close to all the action in Downtown Fort Worth. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a nice hotel with all the perks.
