"Family-friendly and very convenient! They allowed us to upgrade for earlier room availability too! There were not enough blankets and pillows for the kids pullout couch, so it was a little inconvenient having to call for amenities after a long day at the parks. Be aware that the walls between rooms/ hallways are very thin! We could hear every word our “neighbors” said…. Overall it was a great experience and well worth the price! "

"Overall the hotel was good. There were some areas that had some massive wear and tear by it but I think that is all due to the spring breakers. We wished there was maybe one more restaurant option but the food at Valencia was still good. The water park is awesome for the kids too. "
