"The room was okay.
However there was food left in the fridge from the previous guests the toilet was leaking the towels where dirty and had stains, the TV remote was filthy and the the TV did not work. All channels where showing no signal.
The bed was reasonable and the ac worked okay.

"Was handled by Sarah and she was amazing, made us feel very comfortable. Very professional and welcoming. They had limited parking spaces but we were lucky to find one on site. Room and bathroom was clean, comfortable and not bad for the price. I do think they could do with new bedding and carpets, they do look old. In their emails they state free breakfast subject to availability which i thought was misleading as they had told us we had to pay £7 extra for breakfast. Regardless was not bad "

When we arrived (10 minutes before check in time) our room wasn’t quite ready but staff were friendly, helpful & made sure we were comfortable & had complimentary drinks whilst we waited. They also added a complimentary breakfast to our stay to make up for it. They really did go above & beyond.
