"The check in with smooth. They spoke Japanese along with Chinese and English. There were snacks, water and tea available in the lobby. The place was a bit outside of city center however a very comfortable stay. I just wish they had more dressers in the room. Seems to be a consistent theme in Taiwan no dressers and storage in the rooms"
"It's very beautiful place, full of flowers and plants.
You would enjoy the countryside view and immersed in natural world.
Besides, the decoration for the room is also fantastic, with warm and natural renovation.
It's a place I would definitely visit again."
"Great for families as the hotel was very near to the theme park, and there was special price for guests to enter the theme park. Breakfast was a great spread too!"
"Service is meh. Design is meh. Didn't provide a second choicr of room design.
Attitude was just fine.
Cleanness was poor. Had to ask for maid to come clean again.
Equipment is cheap and low quality.
Amenity is old and worn out.
Flushing button is wobbly.
I regret going.
I recommend avoiding. "
"Very disappointed. Please note the check in time… 6 pm. As I was arriving much earlier thx that needed early check in. After reaching out several times with no response I ended up booking the room for an additional night to ensure it would be available. Then they responded to me. Many things didn’t work. The had hot/cold water tap near the bed and the smell was terrible. They will only supply one room key and if Leave you must give it to them. The place itself is rundown. I will...
"Staff was very polite and helpful. However they did take the phone number of my guest for contact information. I think it would have been more appropriate to take my information, since the reservation was under my name & paid by me.
Room has extravagant & quirky decorations, but is very much in need of a deep cleaning! Lots of dust on the mirrors, tiles, and under the bed. A/C cannot be controlled within the room, and Staff must be called if it needs to be turned on/off.
Breakfast is included,...

"We really enjoyed the whole time in Taichung, starting with the hotel. Try the ice cream, the noodles at second market, the orihinal bubble tea shop!"
"The room and bathroom were excellent. I never mentioned toilet in all my previous reviews, but the bidet toilet in our room was great to use and had all the widgets you can dream of. The breakfast buffet was extraordinary. The selection was huge and the foods were tasty. Just don't go there during public holidays as it will be very crowded, like what we had experienced. We were there during the May Dragon Boat Festival. We were given a table at breakfast, then we all got up to get foods. When we return to our designated table, there were other people sitting at our table. The staff was very apologetic and got us a different table quickly, so all is well. In general, it is a good and luxurious hotel."
"This resort is quite good and very spacious. As a family of four, we had plenty of room and felt very comfortable. The amenities were also impressive. Complimentary snacks, beverages, and coffee(pods)—a pleasant surprise, as these are usually not free in many other hotels—were available throughout the stay.
The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choices and a large, airy dining hall. Since we stayed on a weekday, there weren’t many other guests, so we could easily pick what we thought was the best table, with a beautiful view of the fountain in the front yard.
In the afternoon, we spent some enjoyable time at the pool in the backyard. My sons had a lot of fun playing with water and water guns. While it’s not comparable to a water park in terms of attractions, it is still a great feature to have.
Later, we bought discounted tickets to the amusement park, but unfortunately, we had to return them due to heavy rain. The lady at the counter was very understanding and processed the refund without any questions, even though the reason for returning the tickets was obvious.
The parking lot, like everything else here, is spacious and conveniently located on the L1 floor. It's free until the evening on the day of checkout, which is another plus.
Overall, we had a great experience. I hope we can return one day."
