"The hotel has all the basics. The staff are helpful and friendly. The lobby is updated and the rooms are basic.
The rooms are modest and minimal. The towels weren’t changed during our stay. The safe did not work properly - which wasn’t great.
The location is a little farther from the sites than I would have wanted. We spent more on uber and texts and clocked 17k in steps each day. I would recommend staying closer putting these funds into a Boutique hotel in an area you love. It will be worth it.
Finally we left a sweater behind. The hotel was good enough to let us know. I was impressed by this. The only options for getting the item back via post was a business service and an urgent business service for 230 euros and 113 euros. No regular post option.
All in all, great staff, clean hotel, very basic. A few tweaks - fresh towels, working safe and a reasonable return article option would have gandered a higher score. The location vs cost is something everyone will assess for themselves."
"Great hotel central location makes it erstwhile to get to your must see destinations.
The staff is amazing good .
The construction happening is noisy anouing all day long."
"The hotel is very eco friendly, and uses a lot of tech.
The rooms are quiet and the beds comfortable.
The breakfast buffet had a vast selection and was quite tasty.
It's close to Gare de Lyon and many metro/RER/bus lines although it is within a short walking distance to Bastille."
"Great location as it is around the corner from the metro, but the street the hotel is on is a little daunting. Lots of vacant storefronts and graffiti everywhere. Once inside the hotel, it was funky, creative, and clean. The elevator is the tiniest elevator I’ve ever been in! The bathroom in my room was equally small, but for the price I was happy there due to the convenience."
"Breakfast was great with a good choice of hot and cold. Excellent modern gym and a nice pool. The location is super close for the Paris metro Only drawback is that the limited on site parking was actually on street and we were warned by staff that even if there was a space cars often get broken into. On top of this the covered secure parking was no longer owned by the hotel and was now €10 euros a night extra than the advertised rate. I checked and in booking in it was still showing €35 a night rather than €45 a night. That’s quite a jump and the hotel and hotels.com need to amend this asap"
