"Great value hotel a few mins walk from Northern line and local shops and restaurants. Had a lovely meal in one of the neighbourhood Trattoria’s. The Garden Room No1 was spacious and light, comfy kingsize, looking out onto lawn and trees. Staff super friendly and approachable. We have stayed in lots of budget hotels in London and will definitely stay here again."

"Really friendly welcome received after our long drive to London. The kind receptionist did everything possible to make us comfortable and gave us advice about parking our car. We were also grateful to the flexibility given to us for a later checkout, which gave us more time to get the children ready. All in all, this establishment are really looking to make their guests happy!"

"Breakfast- basic cheese and toast only plus cereals and boil or scramble egg to choose from. Room- big with the smallest tv ever. Clean room and bathroom. 1 from 4 beds was broken. The service was excellent."
