"The hotel was exactly what we needed for an overnight stay. We had a king room on the 1st floor. The room had darkening shades so the lights from the parking lot and privacy were not an issue. The room was clean and plenty of fresh towels. The bed was comfortable. The continental breakfast was standard, bothing fancy but good enough to get you on the road. "I have only stayed at several Super 8’s before—I usually opt for a “higher rated” chain, but Good Lord, the inflated prices this year! I took a chance on this, as it was conveniently located, the price was great, and the reviews were decent. I’m very glad I did. It’s basic, from amenities to breakfast, but had everything I needed AND neat and clean as a pin. Workers were in evidence everywhere I looked, including a window washer! My own mother would not be able to find fault. PSA: Don’t forget to tip your housekeeper well—they are a good part of keeping our experiences positive!) Also, easiest on/off the highway possible."

"Overall good stay. Lots of issues, but they were resolved quickly (and I feel most were caused by the last people who stayed in our room). Check-in was quick and painless. Got to our room and discovered that the fridge didn't work. Maintenance was there within 5 minutes to check it and had to get us a new fridge. While he was gone, we discovered that the TV also didn't work. When the maintenance guy got back, he discovered that the fridge and TV had been unplugged from behind the entertainment center. The AC had also been set to 62 by the last people, so the room was freezing. All the lamps were also Unplugged (which you'd think the cleaning person would've noticed). Otherwise, very quite for being relatively near the airport. Room was spacious, though oddly laid out."

"Positives: My room was clean and comfortable, check in was easy and front desk was kind. Quiet and dark room. Free coffee. Cheap daily parking ($9) and free shuttle. I have patience for them being under construction, but the crew doing the job is kinda careless and the first floor is a total mess. Wood, plaster, dust, and even food on the ground."

"At 5 am, there was staff talking very loudly in the lobby which woke me up and kept me up since our room was only 2 doors down. There was no continental breakfast set up at all. We have stayed here before and this was a low point. Please get it cleaned up and be more responsible to your customers."
